if you dig around in the weapons and armor Category you should come across the English version of the ring wrath set

First off, the Middle-Earth Role Playing: Total Conversion, hasn't been stopped. It has been brought up in there forums, and the modding progress is slowing a little.

 

Oblivion can only have 20 quads, or some other thing like that, or the game won't work. Vanilla Oblivion uses 16 quads I do believe, however, The Grey Wizard (Leader of the Project) said he knew a way around this, one of which is simply to de-activate the Oblivion ESM, which will remove everything Vanilla Oblivion.

 

Now, to go a little on topic, I want to say good luck! I myself am working on a mod, that should be released soon, which will be simialar to what your mod sounds like. Basicly, it adds Races from Middle-Earth, and integrates them into the wilderness. The first release will include Urak-Hai...

 

Anyways, I would like to help. I am primarily an Interior and Exterior designer (as well as landscaping) and I am beginning to learn Scripting, and can create some basic scripts (including simple quests.)

this isn't A TC its a mod pack + there is a Urak-Hai already out and about

 

but i belevie Galth will have a use for you scripting wise

this isn't A TC its a mod pack + there is a Urak-Hai already out and about

Yep, but there is none that makes them a NPC that you can find wandering about, with some complex (or at least as complex as it gets) AI/Scripting. As well as a quest or two and a few weapons and armor. So far, I only found two races that I like, an Uruk-Hai and a Ringwraith one.
