Vanilla NPC Alteration Help

Hello,

I'm trying to modify Desdemona's outfit and body, but am having issues getting the mashup I created to display in game. As this is my first attempt, I am unsure what I am not doing correctly. Would anyone have the time to give me some advice?

 

I know how to do it with BodySlide to alter her FOutfit.nif, but I am trying to alter her default outfit in xEdit.

 

Edit: Rookie mistake. Needed to refresh with console. But the hands are missing even though I added them in the Armor Models section of the outfit.
