Armor Conversion

Well, hopefully this is alright to have in the skyrim Mod Requests... I decided to post it here because people mostly view this.

 

I have a relatively simple mod (I think, not too good at understanding conversions.)

I was wondering if anyone at all can convert this mod;

Into Oblivion? Also, if possible, could anyone just retex the pants to match a black coat version? I only really want those black clothes.
