LE Armor of Sithis

I would like to make a request to any and all of the many talented armor builders here on the forum.

 

After playing Skyrim for some time now and falling absolutely in love with the Dark Brotherhood storyline, I was struck by inspiration by one of the awe striking images in the game, the stained-glass visage of Sithis, the Dread Father of the Dark Brotherhood.

After studying it several times I found myself awed at how majestic this would look as an actual armor. The majority of the image has the outline for the armor's helmet and torso, But what of the arms and legs? That's when I set about designing.

Sorry for the lack of artistic quality, this was just a fevered session with GIMP over a male croquis I found online, but I thought it does an adequate job of getting the concept across. The armor is similiar to the stained-glass image with the idea of the two lower skeleton's ribs covering the Pectoral area, while the legs of the skeletons form around the abdomen with the five skulls (representing the Night Mother's five children) inside. The skulls rest as pauldrons on either shoulder.

 

The arms and the legs of the armor carrying into the skeletal theme, with glass in places to seem like muscle. Although I didn't detail it in the concept drawing, the horns on the skull are actually miniature spinal cords as in the original image. The back of the culet (hip protector) is meant to resemble the hip and human tail bone, while the front of the culet is meant to feature the two human faces along the bottom of the Sithis image.

 

I imagined this armor as being an amped up version of glass armor (stronger than standard glass armor, possibly a little over dragon scale armor too). I also wonder if it is possible to add enchantments like Boethia's Embrace and Shadow to the armor (to make it a light armor equivalent to Ebony Mail with a bit higher damage to the effect), as well as enchantments to other pieces (Detect Life and Night Eyes for the skull helmet, waterwalk and fortify sneak for the feet, and a maybe a high one-armed attack bonus and sneak kill bonus for the arms). Also maybe when all pieces are worn = 100% Intimidation.

 

As for now, I would like it be modeled for a male armor, but make it actually wearable for both male and female. The reasoning is because I want the armor to represent Sithis, as if the player is assuming his powers and his form.

 

I would make this myself, but I have no knowledge or skill in modeling 3D and even if I did apply myself to the task, I would probably be finished by the time Elder Scrolls VI is released. :P

 

I consider this to be a worthy request and something I am sure many other Skyrim and DB fans would appreciate. Also to anyone who sees this and feels unable to model this as well, but want to help, feel free to recommend any armor modders on the skyrim nexus site you feel could do an awesome job with this here in this topic page. Let's make this a reality in-game. :)
