If you're just looking for a companion that looks like one of those, that's not too hard. There's also face presets of several of those characters already. That gives you two possibilities:1) Use the Looksmenu mod to change the face of existing companions (e.g. Make Piper look like Miranda).2) Add a new companion using one of the several mods available on Nexus for companion-building and then make them look like the Mass Effect character you want. Now if you actually want a companion that sounds like them, that's a lot more work. Though somebody just posted an AI Voice mod that could help you with that.
