CTD outside of cities/dungeons/etc, and Crashlog problems

Hi, so I've got a problem, and a problem trying to find the problem.

 

Background: I've been using NMM to load my mods, LOOT to organize them, and TES5Edit to get it running smoothly.

 

Main problem: I'm getting CTD when I try and travel around the world (going outside/into the open world of skyrim) it will work initially, but after about 5-10 minutes it'll kick off and CTD. Trying to save there will seem ok, but trying to load said save results in a CTD during the load screen. That is my primary issue.

Second problem: I've been trying to get the crash logs for Skyrim itself but I can't get it to work.

 

I've been told I could do it by putting the following into my SKSE.ini file in the Skyrim\Data\skse folder

 

 

[Debug]

 

WriteMinidumps=1

 

 

Logs don't show up (not where they're supposed to in my SKSE folder, or anywhere in my computer). Any help would be appreciated and if they're is a better way to get the crash logs I'm open to suggestions too.
