Problem with Creating a Cowl in 3ds Max 2012

I fixed the export problem but I have another issue and so I have edited the post!!!!!!

 

Hi, for 3 days now I try to create a cowl for nightingale custom armor version and

in 3ds Max it looks like this:

 

 

 

After export I opened it up in NifSkope and it also works here to:

 

 

 

I just replaced "BS Lightning ShaderProperty" with the original one from the

vanilla version. But in the game the Cowl doesnt show up:

 

 

 

Here I have uploaded my modded version of the nightingale hood:

 

 

 

I hope somebody can help me because I have tried all i know but

I have no ideas anymore.

 

I now have managed it that the cowl get visible in the game:

 

 

 

Now I have to get the head, hear and ears back shown up.

I have now tried the standart settinges:

Maybe somebody know which biped models I need to activate or to deactivate to show the head I have now tried a lot of

configurations but when the head shows up the cowl is gone and if the cowl is visible the head is invisible.
