Request for a black combat armor

I would like someone to make an armor that looks similar to Fallout 3's Winterized Combat Armor (with the sleeves and balaclava), but jet black with red/orange googles, and similar stats. I have searched all of the armor mods, but haven't had any luck finding the right looking armor, and all the mods for Winterized Combat Armor are locked by moderators. I would be very grateful if someone could make it!
