Is there a way to play Oblivion with lower pixel shadder

Hi, My friend has a pretty descent video card (128 Mb) but it's old, so it does not have pixel shadder 2.

Is there a sort of mod so he can play Oblivion on that shadder model? I wonder if there is an emulation trick.

Check out the Oldblivion site. I had to use these on my old box.
