Terra-con Facility 117-A

Hi,

 

I don't know if this is the correct place for this. If not, could a moderator please move it?

 

I am stuck in what seems to be part of a mod. I am not sure which one, though. I stumbled on the Brotherhood Outcast post and did the Anchorage DLC. Upon completing it I re-entered the elevator to return to the surface. When I activated the switch I ended up in a collapsed building. The only exit requires a key. I cannot find a key anywhere. So I return to the elevator thinking if I can get back to the outcast location maybe I can get out. Now the elevator only lets me use the "freight elevator to Terra-con Facility 117-A," or "activate switch" which as previously mentioned only takes me to a non-exitable location. I did everything that I could find in the 117-A location and somehow got a quest notice to return an item to a man I have not yet encountered. My problem is that I cannot find an exit back to the wasteland!

 

On a side note, upon completing the Anchorage quest I am able to wear power armor. I have not yet been trained on it though.

 

Another unrelated question - why to the outcasts start killing each other after I open the weapons/winter armor location?

Never heard of this Terracon Facility thing, so can't help there. Maybe if you put up a list of the mods you are using, someone can figure it out. Otherwise, maybe try again from an earlier save and see if it happens again.

 

One automatic benefit of completing the Anchorage quest is getting the 'Power Armor Training' perk.

 

As for the Outcast hostilities, you didn't actually pay attention to the NPC dialogue, did you? All pretty clear, really.

 

Protector McGraw's deal is for the Lone Wanderer to have whatever is in the armory, in exchange for completing the sim and thus unlocking the rest of the complex for his people. As it happens, most of the other Outcasts suddenly decide they don't want to share anything with an outaider, and so they mutiny. I guess I will have to go back to a save before the Anchorage mod since it is the exit from that mod that landed me in this spot. Thank you for any additional help!
