I'v found one Propylon index, and im wondering what they do and if they do something cool, are the other ones just scattered around Telasero? :help: Thx! Try to find them, wherever you go, but there arent that many--around 10 I believe. When you hold the index in your inventory, and visit a propylon chamber at one of the old Dunmer strongholds, if you have the index to the propylon you can warp between strongholds.
