Westside Crash , Clipboards , Clothing Props

First Question:

 

Excuse number 10 of the 'Westside Crashes' threads.

 

Case: Game Crashes around Western Front of Westside, approaching sewer entry to Thorn, exiting that sewer entry towards Westside etc.

 

Problem: Behave the whine, but is the only real fix to start a new game?

 

Unfortunately the explained fixes or approaches on the problem don't work for me. I really tried each one of them and no succes at all.

Secondly on the list:

Are there mods that alter the clothings' property's. like "Wasteland Wanderer Outfit" having something else than +1 Agl, +1 Per or the jump suites to have like +10 Repair instead of like +3 (same for vault suites with +3 Speed, +3 Melee etc.)

 

Tried to somehow port this mod to NV - without succes.

Anyone knows a mod relevant to this or has this idea in mind?
