JonarusDrakus
Do super-hero web-comics count as a viable source of inspiration? If so there is always the webcomic "Grrl Power" http://www.grrlpowercomic.com/ ((There are a few different weapons sown in-comic if you look for them)) And in particular the side-arm of the character Maxima: http://davebarrack.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d479p0v ((All the pertinent details are included)) I always thought it'd be a cool look to create a 25mm grenade 'pistol' based on it... But tone it down even slightly and make it use .50mg rounds? (so you could get the cool explosive/incendiary round variants, unlike the 12.7mm rounds). Only issue I could see doing anything specific (instead of merely using as inspiration). Is that you would be obliged to ask permission it recreate the weapon... BY indications, the guy would be cool with it though... ~JD
ZephyrFive
That's a nice looking gun. I don't favor the comic's style too much, but the gun is brilliant.
orangedemi
Despite being Z5 was rather rude to me, im still working on the pistol, the animations are giving me a headache. might just have to see about doing a texture animation on the mag rather than making a piece spin.
