Hair deleted?

UPDATE: I think my save file for this character was corrupted somehow, since everything works fine with a new character.

 

 

 

 

After installing Apachii Skyhair and the "Inhabitants of Skyrim" mod, all hair seem to have been deleted somehow except for three, which I think belong to Apachii. I've attached screenshots that show the three options . After uninstalling the new mods I had no hair options whatsoever. I tried reinstalling the mods, uninstalling racemenu (I thought it might not be detecting the files for some reason.) then trying the stock character creation menu, which did the same thing. I resintalled racemenu, uninstalled, and reinstalled all hair mods, and tried again. Still nothing. I'm using Vortex, and I have SKSE 64 and an ENB installed. I run my load order through LOOT everytime I make a change, and Vortex didn't show any file conflicts any of the times I installed these mods, so it's not a load order issue.
