LE More Shouts and Improved Shouts

I think that someone should make a mod that adds in lots of new unique shouts into Skyrim as there are only 20 shouts. They could also improve existing shouts and perhaps add perks to make shouts stronger as you level up the speech skill or perhaps make a new shout tree. Also they could add in shout enchantments and new powerful weapons or armor with shout effects on them.
