First time success with modding Skyrim but not quite right

Update: Jan 14th 2019 Sorted.. noob issue !.. now using Mod Organiser 2 and learned a lot more, thank you Gopher !

Given Skyrim V last night as a gift and already installed it and working ok. THEN found about the world of modding and watched lots of videos and had a go at creating an adult version.

Never modded a game before and 75% seems to be successful using nexus mod manager BUT... should have done it more slowly one by one... (instead of rushing it..)

So here is my load list:

0 0 Skyrim.esm
1 1 Update.esm
2 2 SexLab.esm
3 3 ZaZAnimationPack.esm
4 4 RaceMenuMorphsUUNP.esp
5 5 12FemaleBrows.esp
6 6 XPMSE.esp
7 7 SOSRaceMenu.esp
8 8 FNIS.esp
9 9 FNISSexyMove.esp
10 a SLAnimLoader.esp
11 b DIMclothes1.esp
12 c SkyUI.esp

Avatar changed to UNP using Bodyslide with dramatically different shape and realism and it all worked in game including HD physics, body bounce, S Lab (which all works) and the slinky female walk movements, and clothing optional, BUT :

- RaceMenu doesn't show up in game at all

- No HD clothing I have tried loading will appear in game even though it shows up in Bodyslide and builds

- I tried remaking my avatar (better) in Bodyslide but then once it uploaded I got the new body but now no physics do had to replace the entire file in skyrim data from my back up to get back for first attempt - why did this happen?

- the hydra slave girls mod installed viia NexusMM but doesn't show up in game

So cannot get any UNP clothing to fit the new avatar body and if you put on game standard clothes then avatar reverts back to standard game shape until you take it off. Basically I cant get any clothes to show up in game to fir the HD shape...

Also I used and installed the (dimonised UNP?) program from this site which changed the shape of every female avatar so now (in adult mode) they all have the same shape as my avatar which is not what I wanted, so how do I undo this?

Should I start again with only what has worked on a clean install? Anyone got time to offer advice?
