Permanent werewolf time i don´t know, but you could increase the time by opening the console and writing´´Set timescale to 1``.This will make the time in Skyrim pass more slowly.One hour there will be one hour here.

Or you could even set it to 0 :) then time would stand still unless you waited.

 

This mod could be possible, but wouldn't it make it so that you can't open doors or talk to people?

yes it would but i don't like to talk to people i like to kill em XD in skyrim that is not in real life 0_0

 

there is a werewolf mod with the permanent werewolf scripts but the mod is made for oblivion it could have a script that could work for skyrim maybe? look for curse of hircine resurrected

Do what i said, you will be werewolf for a good time.If the transformation ends, thne just open the console, write ´´tgm``and use Beast Form,then go to the console and write ´´tgm``again.(´´tgm`` is the god mode code,in god mode you can use Beast form any time you want).
