Shadowcran Posted August 27, 2008 Share Posted August 27, 2008 My Oscuro's Didn't come with an esm either..but it DID come with 3 of the same Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul esp's. There is a reason for that. I looked it up then. You need to convert one of those esp's into an esm. You can do it two ways. Simply right click and rename it(it works, but it just doesn't look right) or use Wrye Bash, a very useful mod utility, to convert one to an esm with just a couple of clicks. The Full version Plug-In contains the core changes (NPC, Creature, Spawn lists, Loot lists, New Content and Merged Third-Party Plug-ins) and other changes to PC Statistics, PC Skills, Combat System and Magic System. The Full version is how I envision the complete OOO experience. The Full version mod file is located inside your \Oblivion\Data\Oscuro’s Oblivion Overhaul\OOO-FULL folder. Locate this folder and copy the file named “Oscuro’s_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp” into you \Oblivion\Data folder. Then, open the TES IV: Oblivion launcher, click on “Data Files”, scroll through your mod list until you find Oscuro’s_Oblivion_Overhaul.esp and check its box to enable OOO 1.3. That is it! So I uninstall everything (SI, Kotn, Oblivion, all mods) I install the game again: it crashed the moment I start it ... Michlo Posted August 28, 2008 Share Posted August 28, 2008 I never had to "create" an ESM for my OOO and it works just fine. Are you lot sure you have the latest one? Read the “readme” file and copy the files you want into a temporary “..\MMM OMOD files\” folder.b. Create your OMOD file with the “…\MMM OMOD files\” folder & install in with OBMMc. Do not delete the temporary “…\MMM OMOD files\” folder when done. But Im confused what esp and esm files I have to pick from the list. Atm (I followed your guide one step at a time) I don't have OOO installed but francesco's is. So what esp's and esm's do I have to add to the omod? Just search for "Install Guide" and it will be the only thing that comes up. I will look the OOO missing esm issue (I"m pretty sure the DL link and file version are correct) YES they are. MAJOR UPDATE PLZ see the uploaded file version 0.3. Previous versions were missing the link to the MMM Version 3.53 core mod files, the link in the previous version of the install guide was only an update file link. It's ok the square is red OOO is an "Overhaul" type mod, so it's going to overwrite a ton of stuff in your game. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
