Please help me fix my load order

I usually get crashes on loading screens and out exploring, sometimes freezes during combat. certain mods dont seem to work. Please help me fix my problem please

I have sorted with loot, and have cleaned masters with tes5edit, just installed safety load will report back if it fixes any problems but i doubt it will do any good
