LE throwing knife shout replacement mod

a shout that acts like a knife is being thrown, instead of the shout moving your screen and a projectile or buff being applied, a simple animation different from vanilla animations, a throwing a knife with either the left or right hand of your character, i had a general idea on how this mod could work. basicly, it would be a shout just like any other, only instead of say.. unrelenting force being shouted, it would exchange the shout animation for an animation that throws a knife out in front of the character, w/o messing up the camera position too much, so it could be easily used in 3rd person or 1rst person. it sounded simple and a cool addition to the game for anyone whos always wanted an assassin type of character, or ninja, or whatever you'd like to play. Throwing a knife in replacement for a shout would be so cool. i was thinking it would be like, for the first word of power it would have a 6 sec cooldown, and do 50 percent of your characters equipped damage. so if you had a 2h or 2 1h weapons, the total of the 2 weapons or the 2h would be the damage it goes off of. the second word of power would have a 9 second cooldown and do 80 percent equipped weapon damage, and the last rank could have 125 percent weapon damage with a 15 second cooldown, short cooldowns so you can really be throwing knives all over the place. and not a huge difference in damage so its not overpowered. could also add a selection of damages for those who want it to do less/more damage with the same options for cooldowns. for instance, 80/125/200 percent mainhand damage replacement if they dont like the original ones i listed. however the damages turn out and whatever the modder decides to do with this idea is fine, all i would love to see is a very clean looking animated throwing knife mod that replaces a shout, maybe replace one of the more useless shouts if you have to. Also if it would be easier or more fun to do, you could instead of throw a standard looking knife, throw a shadow knife that is basicly the shape of a knife with a purple black conjured type of knife that does the same thing. the points i would like to really point out on the mod, clean animations simple like MW thrown knives, clean first person/3rd person animations. clean knife trajectory, similar probably to the drop of vanilla arrows, only slower moving, but not by much. like a realistic powerful knife throw. and good balanced damage/cooldown for the mod. mainly, i dont want to have to switch from my bow or knives to a throwing knife and have to throw it using my main hands, just want to be able to throw a knife quickly, and simply w/o affecting my character too drasticly.

could also add perks to thrown weapons, if possible. and thats it. thats my idea for my mod, hopefully someone will tackle this idea so that all can enjoy it. one last point, dont make a butchering of this idea please.
