Game locks up when attacking Deputy Steel

Hey guys... So I've been going a bit mod-crazy since I installed FO3 a few days ago, and I have to say, MMM and FOOK2 are pretty badass! Anyways, I'm having this problem after Mr. Burke kills Lucas Simms, and I go to the armory and fight Deputy Steel. Basically, when I attack him, the game either freezes instantly or a few seconds later, but it has happened every time, even after a restart of the game. There is no CTD, it just sits there and finishes whatever song is on GNR, and then goes silent. It even happens when I disable every mod except for the Unofficial FO3 Patch in FOMM. I'm not really sure why this is happening, and I am not sure if it is JUST Deputy Steel that triggers this (I'll make an edit after I test it). If anyone could give me a hand, that'd be great. Thanks!

 

EDIT: Seems like it's just deputy steel.
