Nexus Mod Manager (0.65.5) won't activate some fallout new vegas mods.

Hello, forgive me if this has been solved before, but my brain is currently doing a banana split right now as I am currently trying to figure out how to solve the issue I'm dealing with my mod manager.

The problem is this: Most of my mods in my mod manager are able to activate, and function correctly like any mod would. However, there are some mods that have been activated before, that won't activate now. The reason why I turned of all the mods was to solve an issue regarding project Nevada that has been mostly fixed. Now though some of my most important mods such as 'NMC LOD Texture Patch' 'EVE' and even 'NV Novac apartment' which I love isn't working now for some reason.

If anyone could offer some wise guidance and show me to the correct path, I would happily thank you dearly.

Main issues:

-Most mods activate in Mod Manager, however some previously activated now deactivated won't turn back on.

-When pressed to activate, it opens a empty 'Progress' loading screen without loading anything, then goes back to the original menu without turning on the mod.

-Checked all plugins, and all seem to be fine.

-Administration has been done, but isn't working in this case.

First you need to upgrade your NMM. The software provided at Nexusmods.com is broken. Get the latest version from Github.

Alright, done that, yet the problem I have still hasn't changed. Thank you though for the notice on the update of the new mod manager.

Update: Here's a pic of the few mods that I can't activate.

I never used NMM myself, but one thing I did pick up from various discussions was that Vortex and MO2 were created because there were some (large) mods that their predecessors could not handle. I note that the highlighted mod has some indications in the right part of the screen that NMM doesn't understand something about that mod (and a few others). Suggest you check the download page comments for similar reports of problems.
