Noob random crashing, BOSS list included.

I'm getting random crashes usually in the wilderness. Game hangs indefinitely but doesn't CTD. BOSS Log also as an attachment. I have no clue about Wrye Bash or mod order. I'm under the impression I don't have to worry about the BASH tags delev and relev. Installed everything with Nexus Mod Manager.
