thumbincubation
You would have to open the mod providing the bosmer Armor (I assume Maty's Bosmer Armor Pack) as a master (or alternatively as the active file, if you want to tweak it for personal use.) You should be able to expand the object window tree from Items > Armor, and pare down the list with "bosmer" or similar search terms. You should then be able to view/change the individual armor pieces as you like. To make an outfit, do Items > Outfits, right click in the column of outfits available, and click "new." Give it a unique name, then go back to the individual armor pieces you looked at before, and drag the ones you want into the outfit. When you're ready, ok the outfit to close. You should then be able to open any NPC, either by expanding the actor tree or by typing their name into the search box, and go to their inventory tab, use the outfit dropdown box to put your newly created outfit in. You should be able to start typing the first few letters of your unique outfit name, and let it find the item(s) for you. To make random NPCs wear the armor, you'll need to edit leveled lists. This is not my strong point, so you'll want to find some tutorials first, but essentially there are several lists of items, with various percentage chances of appearing, and you'll want to add items to some/all of them, along with what level you want them to start appearing. If you're just doing one item, add it to the list. If you want a whole worn set, make an outfit list, along the lines of the bandit chiefs in all steel plate armor, and add the outfit list to the leveled list. It's more complicated than that, but again, not my strong point. When you're ready to save, if you've used the bosmer mod as a master, give yours a new name. If tweaking it as active file, just save.
