Recharging enchanted weapons with magicka

I know there are already a few mods like this but i found them to be more powerfull than they should be. I was wondering if anyone could make one just like this :

 

I always wondered what the Mages Guild does to recharge enchanted items/ staves. Does the individual who performs the recharge have a huge supply of filled soulgems? Is there a recharging altar that we do not know about?

 

I would like to be able to transfer any amount of my Magicka to an enchanted weapon/stave. The mods that curently exist (that i have been able to find) do this but count each point of Magicka as a certain amount of recharge points, such as 100 magicka recharges 1000 points. I dont feel that this is reasonable, Magicka should not be more powerful than the power of a soul.

 

I would like a mod that converts 100% of magicka to 100% recharge. That is 100 magicka recharges 100 points. If possible i think the best way to do this would be to have a menu with a slider representing amount of magicka you have and you can adjust the slider to the amount of magicka you want to transfer to the enchanted item. As to how the recharging is done i will leave that to the modder, assuming anyone wants to do this. It can be a hotkey, a spell, or an item.

 

I think this is not overpowered and realistic as you can not recharge all your items quickly, rather it would take a long time if you do not have a large magicka pool. It would also require you to still rely on soul gems and paying for recharges, unless you are willing to wait untill your magicka replenishes and keep recharging, which will take a while. It can be beneficial to fighters who do not rely on spells and would be good for battlemage characters who dont rely completely on spells but need their weapons charged as well.

 

If a mod like this exists I apologize for my inability to locate it and if you could point me towards it that would be greatly

appreciated. If anyone is interested in making such a mod, if you think this is not possible, or if you have a comment or suggestion feel free to respond.
