Dialogue bug

Get this bug when ever I talk to any NPC

I have the exact same problem, it also prevents me from talking to certain npc's about certain things important for quests, so i sometimes cant finish/start a quest, for example, in Novac, I cant talk to Boone about his missing wife, even after talking to manny, and the motel owner, I even have the proof of purchase already, but when i talk to him, it simply subtitles hello, he doesn't move his mouth or make a noise when this happens, and my only dialogue option is a goodbye.

 

*I figured out the problem, its the goodsprings personal vault mod, all you have to do is delete the Goodspring personal vault.esp file and bing! problem solved, thats what it did for me, and thanks for showing me the list, it helped me see what mod we had in common, and test if that was the problem.

Sounds like a bad edit to the GREETING dialogue topic. You might ask the author of the Goodsprings vault mod about it.
