[LE] Talk to NPC while in Sneak Mode / Add Activation Prompt

Hello,

I am looking for a the following modification to my Skyrim installation:

 

The option to Activate/Talk to NPC's while in Seank Mod.

 

By Default as soon as you enter stealth mode on most NPC's the ACtivate/Talk option is replaced by Pickpocket. Insted I would like for a context menu to open where i can choose between Talk and Pickpocket.

I have no real mod creation expirience so i dont really know how i would creat such a mod.

I read that with "Perk entry Points" such things can be achieved. One option is to have it "Replace Default". is this what is used in Vanilla Skyrim? Can this be changed to "add" instead of "replace"?

Or is there alreaedy a mod which does this or something similar?
