Help - Mod Load Orders

Here are my mod load orders and i'm currently having CTD's and crashes. Where did i go wrong? And how can i arrange my mod load order for it to work without any problems? :L

And what should be the proper load order for mods? I have been using BOSS but it still crashes everytime and whenever i talk to a follower or to somebody their response is so late.

Use Skyrim Boss, it automatically fixes the load order for you to prevent incompatibilities.

I already used it but still my game crashes everytime and the NPC are becoming less responsive like when i try to buy something in their shop it usually takes 20 seconds before the shop's UI appear. :L
