( HELP! ) View-frustum culling for Skyrim

This is more of a location of a mod I am looking for here on the nexus that I have seen reviewed on Youtube and I am currently looking for but I am having a issue locating due to not remembering the name and lack of knowing how to use the search tools correctly. (More so not even knowing what type of tag it would be considered )
It is known in gaming development as, "Faster 3D Game Graphics by not drawing what the player is not currently looking at in game"

Now I know a mod like this is on the Nexus!, but I can not relocate the video of which it was reviewed,

( Was reviewed by MxR can not relocate 250+ skyrim videos, 5 to 10 mods per video.)

and I am having such a frustrating time trying to do so. ( None stop search for the past 24 hours with sleep.)
So please if someone see's this post and knows what I am looking for.
