Game freeze after starting new game. Too many Mods or something else?

Hey there, i hope someone might be able to help me out on this problem. Im kind of a Mod hoarder and try to get as much Mods as possible

but still being able to play it. After some time i uninstalled every mod and tried to reinstall it and after trying to play a new game, the game just freezes.

 

Its showing 2.8gb or 3gb+ ram and afterwards shutting it down itself. Did i installed too many 1gb+ mods or some mods that arent compatible with each other?
