game crashes in random towns in random places

so i've had a ton of mods on my oblivion for awhile, well past the mod limit, so im familiar with having to take some off for the new ones and the number of mods i can have.

 

I installed OOO recently over my mods and everything seemed to work fine. then i came to realize i didnt have the unofficial update>.<

 

to think all that time playing without it>.>

 

anyway i installed that and everything still seemed to be working, i didnt test too much though, all my testing was in fort homestead.

 

and i still wanted more so i downloaded and installed MMM. i have the .esm and .esp for use with OOO that comes with it, and when i installed it everything still seemed to be working, it was around this time i decided to leave fort homestead and venture to chorol only to find that my game randomly keeps crashing when i get a certain distance into the town. i thought maybe it was my save since i just installed all those overhauls. but my new character starts in anvil and i cant get past this group of npc's without the game crashing, ive tried turning off some of the MMM plugins that seems like they might be cause the problem but no luck. and i also wanna add i had no problems in bruma.

 

also since i spent so much time in fort homestead i dont know whihc mod is causing the problem it may not even be any of the ones i just downloaded.

 

im including my mod lsit in the load order so if someone with knowledge can tell me what mods might be conflicting in towns. or maybe if its jsut my load order or what

so there they all are. im sure theres some conflictions in the load order, but for the most part everything worked fine until recently.

 

the purge cell buffer and no essential npc mods are also new. maybe even a few others i dont remember that might be the conflictions.

Okay... Some solutions.

 

Use FCOMHelper to arrange your load order.

 

Then... I think you should replace your Purge Cell Buffer with Streamline.

Alright so i used fcom helper and spent a good few hours re ordering the mods it didnt do automatically into a good load order. then got streamline but i got the same crash:/

 

the only thing i can think of even though it makes no senese why it would crash in the places it crashes at is maybe i dont need both the curse of hircine .esp's? if i use the MMM one do i still need the original on.

 

ive tried all the conflictions i can think of and i have way to many mods to try turning them all of and on one at a time. im desperate;.;

 

my computer is kinda low end if that means anything as well... it could be worse, but usually when i play the game im used ot playing with lag, and msot of my settnigs are pretty low.

 

but things just got a lot more complicated...

 

i tried turning off the mods i just downloaded one at a time.

first jsut curse of hircine, no luck

 

then all the MMM plugins, still no luck,

 

then all of MMM...stuill crashing in those same spots

 

then all of OOO

 

same crash

 

i also turned off streamline and notihng. same with the no essential mod

 

i even went as far as to turn off the unofficial patch

 

and still notihng...

 

the onle other thing thats been downloaded is Darkuld_darn_156_omod_v1-1-19370

 

but thats not just a plugin that made changes the the oblivion .ini (idk what that does ;.;)

 

could this be the reason? i cant think of anytinhg else, unless OOO and MMM make changes that cant be turned off through clicking off the lil x's by the .esp's

 

im trying so hard;.;

 

 

another update.

 

i uninstalled Dark_darn to no avail. and even replaced the oblivion.ini to one from a recently installed oblivion. same crash in the same place. im really running out of ideas now. im desperate to try anytinhg if anyone has one
