Malaari
Over the last few months my character has collected quite a bit of spells, so many in fact, that it is getting increasingly harder to find the spells when I need them! So I was wondering if there's a way to "thin out" the spellbook a little? many of the spells do roughly the same anyway so I don't really use all of them anyway. Is there a way of deleting spells from a spellbook? Thx in advance :o) Malaari Manablaster

myrmaad
If you like that one, you might also consider Expanded Hotkeys and Spell Delete. One of the best features of this mod is the ability to use 4 different hotkey combinations to equip a favorite "outfit/armor/weapon" for each of the 4 hotkey combos. Fully customizable, but the defaults would be Alt+9 = favorite Outfit/armor/weapon/ammo #1Alt+0 = favorite Outfit/armor/weapon/ammo #2Ctrl+9 = favorite Outfit/armor/weapon/ammo #3Ctrl+0 = favorite Outfit/armor/weapon/ammo #4 This is extremely great if you "dequip" all armors and weapons automatically and change into jammies when you sleep ("See you Sleep" Mod) And of course the wider range of hotkeys for quickly accessing spells is great too. The easy spell delete function is just the icing on top. Expanded Hotkeys and Spell Delete mod here. Read the comments before downloading, I personally think it deserves a 10, but haven't rated yet, I will soon!

myrmaad
thanks myrmaad! You're welcome, just make sure you don't need the third person crosshairs. I think it does away with it. (I really don't care though). By the way, what happened to your sig piccie? it says "image not found" or some such. NVM!! it's back!
Varus Torvyn
Here is another mod for even more than spell deletion. Ever wanted to know the Item Code for something in Oblivion, but hated having to exit the game to be able to look it up? Now you almost never have to. Go to Kivan's Baldurdash website, download & install the "Encyclopaedia Cyrodilica" mod. It is a set of scrolls you can buy at the First Edition Bookstore. You can open up a scroll to locate an Item # or Spell ID#, then with the scroll still on-screen, you can open up the Console and type away. Mod is near the bottom of the linked webpage. They are also weightless. Encyclopaedia Cyrodilica
