Greetings. Hello. My people. My fam. Frostfall questions

Hello. I am not a super stupid person but I am easily overwhelmed by choices and options and many lots of informations.

 

I plan on using frostfall and realistic needs and wet and cold and all that fun stuff that can make you feel like you are actually dying cuz weather.

 

Do I download the Frostfall - Hypothermia Camping Survival from 2016? And then download and install the unofficial SSE update? And then install the SSE Campfire Fix as I do plan on using SkyUI as well?

 

Or is the most recently updated one (Unofficial SSE update, I believe) all that I need in my life to die miserably in the freezing snow and frigid seas.. Or what the heck? This is all a bit ambiguous as I do not know who to trust in this world, they are all by different authors. And I see there are even more files labeled "Fix" for various things. Do I have to get a whole bunch of them?

 

 

I am new to nexus and skyrim mods in general, aside from those crappy ones you can get in-game which are pretty lackluster.

I'm sorry. I think I figured it out by calming down and reading words.

 

 

EDIT: I DIDN'T FIGURE IT OUT HELP ME PLEASE This is what happened: I downloaded frostfall, campfire, and the frost fall SSE update and that led to the first picture. Then I realized I was missing papyrus so I got that, which led to the second picture

Which Mod manager do you use?

 

For myself I use Mod Organizer 2, Iâve installed all of them in the following order:

 

1. install Campfire

2. install Frostfall

3. install the unofficial update (SSE fixes)

4. install PapyrusUtil and allow to overwrite the scripts from Frostfall

 

Also make sure Campfire is loaded at first (although itâs placing itself in the master section) then Frostfall.

 

As for Wet & Cold: I honestly cannot recommend it atm moment, many user have experienced crashes and freezes ingame when using it in combination with Frostfall or the official Survival Mode.

 

I know it is really a immersive (af) mod, but since the author donât updated it for ages, we have to live without it unfortunately.

 

I am personally use the survival mode, since Frostfall and all the plugins in the load are bugged me, although there are in fact a masterpiece of Modding.

Survival Mode has a seemless implementation in the vanilla game and that is the reason why Iâve bought it from the Creation club.

This is exactly what I did.. Except I am using vortex and not Mod Organizer 2. Would you say MO2 is better than Vortex? Like I said I am new to this mod thing, I have mostly just been a steam workshop kinda guy.

 

I will pass on wet & cold then I guess.

 

I spent so long browsing through the mods last night and holy s#*! there are SO many.. I was really looking forward to playing with frostfall and all that but I guess I might have to pass on that too, this is just is too much of a headache. Thanks anyways man much appreciated.
