Repaired Sanctuary houses & roads (not prewar)

Hi all,

 

Looking for a simple mod that repairs the Sanctuary houses (walls, roofs, floors) and the roads WITHOUT using the prewar assets, as that is not lore friendly.

 

So essentially, repaired sanctuary houses and roads but it still has that post-apocalyptic feeling to it, not flashy new pre-war feeling

There are two mods you can use to accomplish that, both by the same author (Hozsa).

 

Try this one - Sanctuary Homestead - Postwar Edition.

 

His other mod - Easy Homebuilder and Working Double Beds, will provide the house to replace the collapsed ones - he even marks the spots and has them numbered for ease-of-use (and whether you use that first mod or not, I still highly recommend the second one - I don't know how I lived without it). I had already started my game, so I was afraid it would screw something up (I have several mods that affect sanctuary), so by using the second mod there I was able to replace the roofs, and patch some holes here and there.
