How to do a hard copy of my vortex mod definitions?

Hi,

Yesterday my vortex bugged up like... big deal.

I have almost 400 mods in skyrim se and yesterday i open up vortex and it was with all messed up: mods in mods pages disabled and unistalled.

By unistalled i mean the download file was not corresponding to the esp, soo i had 2 versions of the same mod, one unistalled, other disabled. Too fix this i had to reinstall and replace basically 400 mods, fix conflicts and the set up the mods i was using in that playthrough (i had some mods i was not using).

Before I fixed this mess up situation, the plugins set up was perfect, but if i deployed all would go away, soo i had to fix that.

 

Now i got all sorted out, but i'm a little bit worried that it might happen again. What folder should i keep as copy for the case this happens again?

(basically the folder says x mod has x download file for installation and saves what was enable)
