mavmanzero
I'm trying to just tinker and learn a bit with Blender here. I've started with some vanilla meshes. When I make a small change then export, what selections do I make after selecting obj format? What selections do i make when importing as well? I noticed the file size when done is more than twice the original size with Not having made any edits...Blender 249.
Perraine
Simplest work flow I've found is open mesh in Outfit Studio --> Export as .obj --> Open in Blender (you can use the latest version) -- make whatever edits you wish --> export as .obj (no need to change any settings) --> open reference body in Outfit Studio --> Import .obj file --> copy bone weights and add any material files etc. One trick I did use was to export a CBBE body ( or whatever body you prefer) as an .obj to use as a reference for size and position in Blender. Just make sure to delete it after applying location/rotation etc, before exporting the .obj.
