Deleted3258978User
Hey folks, I was wondering if there is a quick and easy way to disable and uninstall all mods for ONLY Fallout 4 in the Nexus Mod Manager? I uninstalled Fallout 4 a few months back, but my Nexus Mod Manager still has all the mods, and in the mods tab, each mod still has a green check mark next to it. However, they aren't actually installed considering nothing but the base game and DLCs are in the plugins list... I want to start fresh, and start over with new mods, but all the old ones are taking a while to delete. So far, I've been having to go one by one, right clicking them and choosing to uninstall and delete. However, it's been taking a while since I have well over a hundred mods in there. I've tried selecting multiple mods at once, and have tried CTRL+A, but NMM doesn't seem to give the option to disable/delete/uninstall everything / multiple files at once. Is there a way to make all the mods go away, so I can start fresh, without disrupting the other games I use NMM for? Or do I have to go through them one by one? Guest deleted34304850
why not create a new game profile that contains no mods, then simply delete the directory from your hard disk and the profile that contained the mods?
Deleted3258978User
why not create a new game profile that contains no mods, then simply delete the directory from your hard disk and the profile that contained the mods? Well, I would do just that if I knew how, but so far, creating a new profile still maintains all the mods in the list. Not sure how to create one that ignores what's listed. Deleted3258978User
Well, I guess I figured it out. Had to go to the folder button in NMM, click something like "open NMM install folder" from the drop down list, and delete everything in it. Upon relaunching NMM, a pop-up would appear for each mod saying that they've been moved or deleted, and clicking "No" to that pop-up would further uninstall whatever was left. I had to go through 190 pop-ups and click "No" all 190 times, but now I have a fresh start with my mods. Thanks to 1ae0bfb8 for trying to help, but it seems this issue was resolved. May not have been the best solution, but it worked.
