FO3 mods compatibility

Greetings to all Fallout 3 modders.

Because I am new in world of Fallout 3 modding, I want to ask, any people of good will, few questions.

First, recently on Gamesradar I found list of best FO3 mods (http://www.gamesradar.com/top-10-fallout-3-mods/), and I have doubt about compatibility of these mods with FO3 GOTY edition (orginal+all DLCs), and compatibility of this mods and DLCs at all. I wonder if anyone tested compatibility of this mods with DLCs.

Second question is about compatibility between this modds themselfs, especialy for mods like FWE, FOOK2, MMM, NMCs textures which are most interesting for me.

And third question is about right order of this mods in FO3 mod menager to achive compatibility, and game working.

Thanks.

First - FOOK and FWE don't compatible with each other. Use only one of these mods. Reccomend you FWE

Second - all this mods have DLC's support. You find it on the their pages

Third - to achieve compatibility you should use FOIP and compability patches. You find it all the Nexus.

Fourth - use BOSS for load-order

And the last - READ ALL THE DESCRIPTIONS FOR MODS YOU ARE GOING TO USE!!!

And don't forget about Unofficial Patch along with other mods, thats improve stability

Thanks for quick answer. By mistake I post wrong web page as a reference, I want to use essential FO3 mods listed on Pcgamer.com (http://www.pcgamer.com/2010/10/13/10-essential-fallout-3-mods/), and on this page autor write: " If you want to combine the huge item update of FOOK2 with the total overhaul of Wanderer’s edition, then be sure to grab this patch (FWE-FOOK Merger) to make them play well together." (http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/10167), he claims that FOOK2 and FWE are compatible. Is it true?

I acept your other tips, and I will do as you adviced.

That merger patch seems to be outdated. But if you want - you can give it a try

I searching nexus a litle and found this post from @freddy_farnsworth

"Hello Troopers !

v3 http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=17478

AArmory v2.0, FOOK2 v1.2 Open Beta, FWE v6.0 and V6.03 hotfix, Lings Full Set, RR Companion Vault All tied to MUW if you want to run em.

You will have to install all these mods Start a new game and follow my loadorder Exactly, till you get used to the thing, then add you personal mods one at a time till it breaks, let me know I will try to help if I can.

We (the testers) have finished GOTY with this in play, NO gamebreakers All DLC's ect. few random crashes, all the way thru zeta, pitt, and OA NO crash at all.

Only seened fair to use MUW as a master to this, after all it took three months to do the FWE part alone, FOOK and AA were easy, FWE and Lings Pretty Things was hard. MUW has xCal in it so BOE is a no no.

Project beauty, no no it uses lings for that.

FWE and FOOK2 holding hands and skippin down the road of compatibility

Good Luck.

freddy"

This mod is obviously answer for ours pray to FOOK2 and FWE become compatible. Thanks freddy.
