Manually set map markers as cleared?

Is there a mod that will let me mark map locations that don't do it automatically as "cleared"? I want to visit every place in the game, but a lot of the markers on the map are places that I've discovered but not necessarily explored yet.

Hey Man If you ever find some mod that do it Let us know. I'm looking for exactly the same thing for the same reason but did not find anything so far.

I dont understand why nobody though about making such a mod before, that would be so much more usefull than a mod that shows a myriad of new markers that we dont need.
