LE Invisibility for NPCs during combat

Hi so I am trying to make a spell that works as such:

 

1.) NPC enters combat

2.) NPC becomes invisible

3.) Other Actors treat the NPC as invisible and ignore them

4.) NPC attacks

5.) NPC remains invisible until the end of combat

 

Can anyone help with this?
