Also, if you're getting that kind of a glitch from the markers being so close, I'd use a little rock to get into the boat, or a floating piece of ice, or something. Seems like the ramp or stepping stones idea is the easiest solution, kind of messes with the storyline but hey this is fantasy ...right? It is, isn't it? kryptopyr Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 (edited) Rig the activator so it activates a hidden door. Place the door below the ground or somewhere else it can't be accessed. Then you can name the activator something like "Ladder to Titanic" or whatever. Once you create the doors, just move the teleport markers to the bottom of the ladder and the deck of the ship. The marker doesn't have to be right in front of the door...you can put it where you want. As long as the teleport markers for the doors are connected by navmesh, followers will follower you when you activate the ladder because you are actually activating a door.
