Yamatohime
I think I missed something since my added items can't be repaired by vendors even though they can be repaired normal way.
dubiousintent
Your new items need to be added to "leveled lists" used by those vendors. Not all vendors use the same lists. You can either add them to existing lists they already use (but bear in mind that ANY vendor that uses the same list will then be able to repair them) or create a new list and add it to an existing vendor. Remember also that you can add a list to an existing list; with the same considerations. -Dubious-
Yamatohime
Ah, so I need to look for those lists and add them to my script that add items into lists? However, I thought that "showrepairmenu" did not need merchant lists for repair... dubiousintent
Yes. OR create your own list of "new" items and add that list to those vendors. The latter is the recommended approach to avoid possible conflicts with other mods that might rebuild the existing lists without regard to others possible changes. -Dubious-
Yamatohime
OMG! I just saw that my items have ZERO value. =_= Edited January 2, 2019 by Yamatohime
dubiousintent
Lol! Yeah, that will make them un-repairable by vendors. The exact sort of easy thing to overlook, and then drive you nuts trying to figure out. Good catch. -Dubious-
dubiousintent
Just discovered that due to a limitation of the game engine, any "breakdown" recipe has to produce at least three different items as "outputs" to display correctly. Also: The game does not support 'OR' item ingredients: it's all or nothing. Just added 'TIP: Repairability' to "Custom Items" section of the wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article with more details. -Dubious-
