Can't have active mods on skyrim se

Hi,

 

So i am following this tutoriel :

 

and i am stuck at 4 min and 21 seconds, there is no button "activate" on my computer screen it is also written below : "0 active mods"

 

Here is what i am saying :

How do i fix that ?
