jarito180
Can someone please help me out? I'm trying to clean this up. Steam was initially installed on my C drive but I installed New Vegas and Fallout 3 on my E drive. I thought i followed instructions to a T. I created a folder called TTW and directed the installation to go there. The captures are my mod organizer. The mess is where my TTW and my "mod" folder is. I've watched the youtube videos over and over and i can't figure out what im doing wrong.

dubiousintent
It appears your problem lies in conflating the term "install" with "download" and "activate" as used by your particular mod manager. Please see the "Terminology" section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. When you "download" a "mod" package from the Internet (even an "expansion" or "overhaul" like TTW) for FNV, it's individual files have to be "installed" (i.e. moved, symlinked, or copied as the case may be for your manager) to the FNV game "Data" folder from the download location (apparently "Mods" folder in your case). It most definitely should not be under it's own arbitrarily named subfolder under "Data"; and being present in the "Mods" folder also most definitely is not "installed" to the "Data" folder. Even being present in the "Data" folder alone does not make it active nor include it in the "load order". (Your manager "profile" does that for you.) All of which indicates you need to learn more about how your mod manager of choice actually functions. (And as I don't use the same one, I can't recognize which of the other main ones you are using from the screen shots.) Please don't assume people will recognize what you are talking about with unlabelled images (or initials/acronyms without first spelling out the full meaning in the initial reference). Use all the words you need to be clear. Please see the 'Mod Managers' section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article for other tutorials. If one doesn't clarify things, look for others or ask in a support forum dedicated to that manager. This is not really a FNV (or TTW) problem. -Dubious-
