it can depend on your level range. if your in the levels where bandits are wearing daedric and glass, just take their armor and sell it to a place with a high barter price (apachi goddess store, though i probably mispelt that, is one) or if your low level, just do a fort filled with bandits, take their armor and sell it, its light and makes a larger profit than you'd think.

Hmm, I prefer quests than I think, but about guard sex, may it depend on race? I am Mistyc elf, maybee it doesnt work's on that race..

no racial worries, dont fret over that. but you prefer quests? none of the oblivion quests aside from the arena give worthwhile money. maybe some of the modded quests will give the money you want, or you could always join the guilds and loot everything that isnt nailed down to sell, or rob the upper floor of the tiber septim hotel, any of these working for you?

You can always use the console command

 

player.additem F XXX

 

Instead of XXX put the number of gold you need. Otherwise just loot dungeons, its quicker then quests.
