New Race audio

Ok so i found out how to do audio in oblivion ... but only if i use a race that came with the game.

 

If i pick a race that came with the game then i can make up a voice and my npc will use it (provided that i put it in the folder that CS tells me to), But if i use a race that i made the Edit Response box wont show me a file path for the audio i would like to use.

 

Please tell me that there is a way for CS to add a voice to a new race.
