Upload of a mod/port from Skyrim to Skyrim SE, containing the files by several authors involved in the original mod for Skyrim, without providing the permissions from all the authors involved in the original Skyrim version for use, redistribution and port of their assets to Skyrim SE.

 

The original uploader clearly stated in their „Permissions and credits“ that the mod contains assets by other authors, permissions for further use of their assets can only be given by these authors involved.

 

Permissions from these/other authors for use and public port to Skyrim SE have not been provided.

 

Uploader’s Permissions and credits:

„Modification permission

You must get permission from me before you are allowed to modify my files to improve it“

 

Asset use permission

„You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

 

Permissions/sub licences from the authors involved in the original Skyrim version, that allow the uploader to give permission for further use of their assets in the ported version of the mod have not been provided.

 

Mod authors involved in Zimmermjaz’s original Skyrim version, their files are contained in the port, have not been credited.

• Submission of existing user-submitted content without obtaining permission from the original author(s) of said content is strictly prohibited.
