olivasdisciple
I recently installed FCOM and managed to get it working in my first try. I used OOO, MMM, Frans, Warcry, and Bobs Armory. I love the new content of the game, but i dont like it being so difficult at times. I love being able to go anywhere i want. I went into Vilverin (The ruins across the Imperial sewers) and i fought my way down to the bottom and it was very fun, but i ran across a horde of very difficult monsters and couldn't kill them or run away from them. MY QUESTION: What combination of mods can i assemble that adds tons of content but doesnt mess with the difficulty of the game? I love runnning across the OCCASIONAL very strong enemies, the new items, new monsters, but it seems too difficult.
SheerShaw
Try adding the MMM reduced spawn rates, and lower the difficulty slider.
Shadowcran
Try adding the MMM reduced spawn rates, and lower the difficulty slider. FCOM comes with a reduced spawn rates that's Bashed Patch mergeable as well.
MrCooper2006
Yeah or just turn down the difficulty? If that ruin was the 1st thing you did tho, its to be xpected. I mean in the docs for FCOM is states: enemies are stronger the deeper into dungeons you go. and the furher into the wilderness. So for a weak starting character stay close to cities etc, then when he gets a bit more powerful you can go back and you pwn that dungeon! Its completely random really some guys are unbeatable some are really easy. Its not all as difficult as it may seem
