Failed to Download

So, yesterday I decided to download a bunch of mods. I had to go sleep and not all mods were fully downloaded yet, but I thought I'll just continue tomorrow...

Today I found out the downloads didn't want to continue.

When I press the resume button I'm getting the error message Failed to download or Failed to resume download and when I press the inspect button it either says:

Download failed, an error was reported by the server

Or it says:

Is this a bug, or am I not supposed to quit Vortex when downloads are still active?
