Upload of a mod containing a piece of music (main menu theme from another game) in length of 02:49 minutes by another artist without providing the original artist’s/right holder’s permission for use and redistribution.

Conversion permission

You can convert this file to work with other games as long as you credit me as the creator of the file

 

Asset use permission

You must get permission from me before you are allowed to use any of the assets in this file“

 

Permission from the original artist/right holder that allows the mod author to give such permission for further distribution and use of the assets/music in the file has not been provided.

 

The original artist/creator of the piece of music has not been credited.

Usage and Accreditation
